July 10, 2000 | Three cheers for the welcoming comittee! Hip Hip - Horray! Hip Hip - Horray! Hip hip - Horray! I am not writing an entry now cause I'm too busy doing work on the page, don't wait up, I'm not gonna put it up till tomorrow, prolly around noon. Check back then. Until then, here are two poems I wrote on the plane:Why do clouds not move up and down they drift everywhere they wish in the sky and yet their altitude is locked in place Is it possible they seek nothing more
Do the clouds feel bound in their location do they have asperations of going higher can cumulous be jealous of sirrus or stratus or is it simply that clouds know their place
Clouds can only see what lies beneath them they can only view what they are above but as they drift through the entire sky they all eventually see the same thing
Is it foolish for clouds to seek ascent should they accept their fate at their height or should they precipitate some of their density and attempt to reach for space -RS the river runs through it it is cut away by the torrents torrents that ran for centuries centuries beings watched the land land being carried away by the rivers rivers that lead to foreverrivers forever the beings wonder wonder if they will ever see the land again -RS
