I've got a hunger twisting my stomach into knots that my tongue was tied off. My brain's repeating, "if you've got an impulse let it out." But they never make it past my mouth. Baa bah, this is the sound of settling. Baa bah, baa bah. Our youth is fleeting. Old age is just around the bend, and I can't wait to go gray. I'll sit and wonder of every love that could've been, if i'd only thought of something charming to say.
The sun is starting to become a regular guest again on everyone's favorite show, "The Weekend" which is good news. And daylight savings time will push the sunset later into the evening, which all together means more skydiving. And everyone loves more skydiving.

I bought a video camera this week, now I'm going to start putting together a helmet to fly it with. In the next month or two I may even have some video to share with you fine people. We'll see, I'm going to take it easy when I get started, it's certainly not something worth rushing into.

I took my midterms and got them back. My feelings after I left the exams were exactly in line with how I did on them. The random proceesses test (the bad course) was supposed to be too long by design if you recall, but I finished it with tons of time to spare. I thought it was very straight-forward and I didn't get hung up on it at all. I got it back... got 100% :D

The error control coding test (the good course) turned out to be the one that ran a little long for me. I usually don't have any trouble keeping pace with tests, so when I got tight on time it took me by surprise. I was able to finish the last problems, but not with the care I would have preferred. When I got the test back I had a lot of little stupid things wrong, but still right around a A-/B+

Either way I don't mind, as first tests from a professor go, they went, and I feel like I'll know what to expect a little better come finals, my only other tests of the semester.

While the classes themselves are going fine, school in general is starting to drag on a bit. Working all day and coming home to homework rather than relaxing is somewhat of a bummer. During spring break, when I didn't have classes, I worked all week, and I'd come home, make myself something to eat, read a book, get to bed early, jump all weekend without a care... ho hum... it gets harder after every break.

Work itself has remained cool, and I've been trying some new places for lunch with the people there. The kind of places that are very good, and that I'm way to inept to locate under my own power. But hey, sometimes you gotta know your limits, and let someone else pick the restaurant.
