very true, but that consititues a very small portion of the population, and hey, more power to those people. 09/13/2004-11:09pm
but it really doesnt matter if you burn more calories working out than you take in. remember highschool? eat noting but junk, but run 4miles a day. 09/13/2004-9:38pm
Eating quality foods and sticking to diet sodas and water definitely makes your 1500 calorie target easier to achieve. All I'm getting at is that even if you're eating good food, going back for seconds is going to catch up with you. 09/13/2004-4:02pm
my registrar is somewhat lazy, the registration for this site lapsed once and I didn't notice for almost four months. I never had a hiccup in service, so they must have just not gone through the effort of adjusting the settings. The only reason I eventually renewed my domain was because I moved my site to a new host. 09/13/2004-3:41pm
The domain registration expired because I'm a moron. It should be up and running currently. 09/12/2004-8:30am
it appears to have expired 09/11/2004-10:34am
Did something happen to www.llamanade.net ? Am I the only one not being able to get to the site? 09/11/2004-10:26am
It's not necessarily the quantity of food as much as the quality of food. I've basically been monitoring calories, keeping it under 1500, but still managing three healthy meals a day (no snacks). Doing this, I've lost some weight so far. But it requires I do things like not drink soda (I drink diet or water instead), not eat too much fast food, etc. 09/10/2004-11:20pm
i think i can sum that paragraph up in 5 words: "PUT THE FUCKING FORK DOWN" 09/10/2004-10:20pm
While it's fine for dieting to be a craze, it's become dogma that "carbs are bad for you". Well I've got some news, it's not carbs that are bad for you, eating too much is what's bad for you. America is the fattest country, and it's not because the rest of the world has been counting carbs all this time, it's because they don't eat so damn much. 09/10/2004-5:52pm
